    standing up/attack position or sitting down on the bike?

    On my RS Revs RCT3 if i am sitting down the sag is very little at 110psi – i am 13st all kitted up

    depends if you mainly ride sat down or standing. Personally i set mine while standing as I only sit to climb.

    guessing you’d be around 90/95psi, or it’d be a good starting point anyway 😀

    try in between….

    It doesnt matter much, just do it sat & if its too firm or too soft set the sag a different height until your happy.

    I do mine by leaning very gently on a wall with my shoulder for balance and set both ends with me standing up so all my weight is on the pedals. It’s easily replicated for checks and seems to get my bike about right for descending. Setting the sag sat down would make it too hard at the back and too soft at the front when I’m descending and want it working the best.
