Planning on getting a set of the proper tools for servicing my hope pro IIs. Do I need a vice as well? Or will I be fine as the hubs are all built into wheels (meaning plenty for me to hold on to)

    thanks

Although I agree with jam bo, and have 2 vices, the only time I use it when servicing Pro 2s is to remove the old bearing from the axle, a job that can be done quite easily with just a hammer and drift. I recommend the Hope plastic topped hub support bush, the Pro 2 bearing tool (tried using a socket instead with dire consequences) and a Pro 2 seal tool. There's an excellent guide on the Hope website.

Cheers ip. I agree a vice would be nice but have nowhere to put one right now so glad to hear I can get away without one
