Couple of night rides i can go on, but it would be nice to get out in the day seeing as i'm off. Anyone about?
On my own then by the look of it. ๐ฅ
hi Rusty, (met you on the Wiltshire / salisbury plain / erlestoke ride earlier in the year),
i can do a ride Thursday, purbecks would be really nice
What sort of time captain? Not sure how claggy the conditions are over there, haven't ridden for a month or so.
guess from 10 - 11 would be best. doubt there is anywhere with less than claggy trails!
Earlier the better as i have child duties in the afternoon.
can do earlier, 9 suit you? finish midday (also have child minding duties later on)
Sounds good to me. I'll mail you tomorrow to confirm and try and rustle up some reinforcements
Got your text Steve - unfortunately I'm working long days until NYE, and I've busted up my back (ice spill on the heath - big stylee). I'm on pain killers and benzos to stop the muscle spasms!
Will aim to be back on the bike for the new year though! My new SS rides like a dream - how's your new velo?
DrP
Got out on Monday, it was nice, but the weather today looks and indeed feels shocking.
Aglestone area is ridable, and the ridges are surprisingly dry, but there are some proper swamps out there.
The corfe castle model village cafe has some nice specials on this week.
Enjoy....
