Since 2016 tax year Class 2 NIC is paid on your tax return same as Class 4. Your direct debit will have stopped for the Class 2.

You should have received a letter about new ways of paying.
Get in touch with them, as you really don’t want to miss your stamp.
My memory seems to recall paying every year, instead of monthly.

Yes as above. You now pay class 2 NIC as a lump sum at the end of the year, as part of your tax return.

If your accountant has done your tax return and you have paid this (too late if not 🙂 ) then you will have paid the NIC at the same time.
