    Hey
    Looking for a bit of advice.
    A frame I’m looking to buy as a crease on the seat tube / down tube near the purpose made cut. The previous owner ran a 29mm seatpost in a 30mm down tube and appears to have crushed the tube ever so slightly.
    If I buy i’m looking to run with a 30mm shim and 27.2 grav dropper.
    Question is … is this frame knackered and unsafe and will the crease crack … or is this pretty superficial?

    Aluminium ?
    It will almost certainly crack at the crease.
