    Hey Guys,

Need a bit of advice.. has anyone used either of the above saddles? Want a comfy saddle for a circa 100km ride.

I hear a lot about the Charge Spoon too, but only seem to be able to find it in 130mm width which I think is too skinny for me.

    Thanks..

SDG without hesitation. Comfier than the Charge spoon, which I have done a short ride on. And they last- I’m a 16 stone guy & the Bel Air has lasted me nearly 4 years so far (on my only MTB), at least twice a week.

Never tried the Spoon or Specialised but I love my SDG so why would I?

sdg BelAir didnt get on with. Too narrow for me

Charge Spoon Ive not done a decent test of but seems alright
Spesh Henge Ive yet to try but I tend to get on okay with other 143mm spesh saddles (Format and otehrs)

I can do 50 miles + on my fizik gobi, might be worth a gander.

    Thanks for all your advice.
Think I’ll add the Bel Air to my basket then!!

Bel Air for me over a Gobi.
I found the nose of the saddle too long and bulbous for me.
It caused numbness in an area where you dont want to cut off the blood supply for an extended period of time.

Bel Air RL for me too, couldn’t get on with the Gobi. No idea about the Specialized one though!
