New ones of these are available for £250 on fleabay at the moment.

I am thinking about getting one to replace my personal mobile as I tend to use my work mobile all the time – the personal one is just used for web access.

Does anyone have one of these and, if so, is it worth buying now that they are comparatively long in the tooth?

Things that attract me over something like a Dell Streak 7 are 3G and GSM functionality and the higher resolution screen.

Samsung are updating the Android version to 2.3 imminently so there would seem to be some life left in the platform.

Thought the ebay ones were Wifi only.

And the Android 3.x versions are the tablet versions vs the 2.x mobile versions (until they’re unified in IceCream)

I did not realise that they made a version without 3G

The Wifi version also has a lower spec graphics processor than the 3G version BTW.
