Has any one ridden one of these bikes looks like a good value full sus 29er thinking of a 29er but can’t feel the fully rigid single speed idea, 😀 any one had a ride??

Haven’t ridden one, but I do ride a Niner RIP 9, which is very similar in concept, and which I like a lot. The Horesthief is seemingly a lot better value though, and has an infinitely better name. The chainstays look a bit long, but I don’t know if they are.

The guys I know who have ridden one have loved it.

One of the nice things with salsa is a complete spearfish is roughly the price of a Niner frame. Really nice bikes.

Take a look on Ison Distribution’s website as they list all the variants that are coming to the UK.

They’re only bringing in the spearfish 3 @£2099…pretty low rent spec (X5/7,toras).Frame is £999.I built a custom one up for the shop last week.Full SLX,Hope hoops,White Bros fork,Pro Koryak finishing kit for £2500.

Spearfish even better value which would be best for me is the decision 🙂

Are they really as long as the geometry figures say on their site ie even the medium 18″ has a 24.3″ top tube unless I am misremembering
