Last years was a hot one, looks the same this year. A very well organised event.

Not sure I'm going to run a PB after slightly over cooking the bike miles and alcohol inldulgence over the last week but hey… it'll be a good route to run around.

Anyone else doing it ?

Keva – no but did a local 11k trail/death run last week and still got a bit of toe hanging off! Beat my time from last year but got 15th (out of 120) instead of 10th due to a much more competitive field this year!

I'd love to do that race but it's a bit far away.
