    I’ve been doing a little trail running when short on time, now that the clocks have changed I can’t see where I’m going 🙂 any recommendations on a headtorch for running?

    It’s not as bright as many on the market but the alpkit gamma is cheap as chips and is good enough for me (although I accept that I run the trails faster when I have fellow runners to light the way too). It has the added bonus of a flashing rear light for any road sections.
