I hate running but appreciate it’s benefits to my health and love the smug feeling afterwards.
I force myself to do at least one run of at least 5km each week (so I normally do a single run of 5.1km 😳 ) while I’m away with work so I’m not just lazing in a hotel room drinking beer.
I struggle like hell to do it but I need to do it.
Although I missed this week as I’m full of cold.
Currently it’s a real challenge to get under 30 mins, but that’s down from 33 mins a few months ago, so I can slowly see the benefits.
