    Getting a bit exasperated now….

My forks, RS tora 302's leak oil. It leaks slowly from the damper in upper right leg and pools in the lowers. Of course with oil in the lowers the travel's reduced and with less oil in the damper the lockout doesn't work. It's got to the point where I've got to drain the lowers and re-fill the uppers every few weeks to keep them working properly.

    I've read this manual:
    http://www.sram.com/_media/techdocs/2007%20RockShox%20Technical%20Manual%20Rev%20B1.pdf
And it conspicuously DOESN'T mention the oil seal between the damper rod and the bottom of the stanchion. It seems crazy not to mention this seal as it appears to be the most important one in the whole fork, the one that keeps the oil where it should be!

I can't actually see how to get at this seal as it's deep inside the stanchion.

So, STW: Can this seal be replaced?
    If so, how?
Where can I get a replacement?
If it's a standard 'o' ring does anyone know the size?

    Thanks,

    Try this guide:

have the seals you need either Rockshox kit, or just to seals on the component that separtes the uppers and lowers for a cheap fix 😀

Ah, right, I need a "damper head inner 'O' ring" in picture 30b.

Where can I get one of them?

Local seal suppliers should be able to sort you out.
