anyone know what this problem is.
forks at 70psi 25%sag
when you pull the fork up by the crown there is about 6mm play then a little click then the next 10-15mm seems very loose before they start to stiffen under the air pressure.
the first bit feels like the crush washer at the bottom of the air leg is,nt doing its job.or is it something else.

once your weight's off it should be at full extension already shouldn't it ?

or do you mean pull up on the brace – ie compressing the fork ?

scaredypants yer pull up on the brace.
stripped them down checked the lot, no visable signs of any damage but there semms to be too mugh play before you feel the air kicking in. just trying to see if the stw can sort it and save me TFing them.£££
