    I emailed them well over a week ago about a product, no reply. I ordered the shorts anyway last Tuesday, on Saturday I emailed them to see if they might be dispatched soon as the website says ‘dispatched same day’ delivery in 2 working days. Still no reply to my emails, I know they might be very busy but its rubbish customer service not to get back to me…

    Just bad luck or have others suffered the same?

    Ordered last Friday from their black Friday sales items. Got a confirmation email but no further communication. Was delivered 8 days later on saturday with no dispatch email or heads up except a text about 1 hour before delivery by the delivery company.

    Got an email this morning from them saying my order is delayed!!

    Obviously they must have underestimated the demand.

    Pretty much the same here – two orderes placed, the second one arrived but the first one is yet to turn up. I’ve dropped them an email but not had a response yet.

    I ordered on Black Friday and received on Wednesday (or maybe Tuesday). Got a mass email today saying sorry for any delays as they are new to this big sale shenanigans stuff.

    I’ve not received any emails from Royal….until I opened a PayPal case. Still not sure where my order is (it’s been dispatched but no tracking info etc) but at least they’ve finally made contact.

    Some firms just don’t seem to check their emails full stop.

    I usually prefer to get them on the blower anyway, but it’s frustrating when there’s no phone number supplied.

    Crap kit anyway. Everything I’ve ever bought for them has needed replacing before time.

    Shocking customer service. Still no reply to my email, no dispatch notice or anything. Luckily I paid on my credit card so hopefully they can help…

    My knee pads from 7idp (same bunch) took a few days 1st time, sizing wasn’t quite right so I sent them back, replacement was here in a day.
