Ordered a helmet for my mum. Came today from Parcel Force. It has been thrown over the top of a 6 foot high fence, when it’s been delivered! Not going accept that now as it may be damaged. Gotta now go through all the hassle of getting another one! Muppets! Well to be more accuarate one muppet.RM has generally been very good before. Rant over.

I’d rather go without than use the tools, I dont buy from retailers that use Parcel F’k’inconvenience

Same experience here, never got 24hr delivery when forced to use it by the retailer. The process of claiming back your money has been made over complicated in order to put you off. Interlink express are just as bad and have never delivered on the arranged day.

I take it that it wasn’t signed for if it went over the fence ? if so claim another one off the supplier and blame Parcel Farce for failing to deliver it
