Large single room to rent £375 inclusive of bills which will cover gas,elec,council tax,tv, sky,internet available but not phone…no problem with storing of bike inside kitchen if necessary…have struggled with mortgage since splitting from wife so needs must..Looking for full time employed but would consider DSS, references from former landlords/ladies and/or employers will be needed.

Must like cats well a cat, smoking is permitted in back garden only and not in the house but would prefer a non smoking lodger. No couples sorry.
