    Don’t normally post things like this but this deserves a few minutes typing!

    I sent my wife’s Rockshox SID Race back to Sram via Whinstanleys cycles two weeks ago.

    The paint was blistered and peeling on the crown of the forks, they where outside of the warranty period but didn’t really expect such a quality product to fail.

    They replaced the complete uppers free of charge, making me a happy customer.

    Small good faith gestures from big company’s go a long way.
