My reverb is about to get sent off in warranty after the bike shop reported/confirmed a fault on it today.

It was slipping about 15mm when weight was applied to it or sat on it.Anyway just wondering if anyone has sent a reverb to Sram/Rockshox for warranty repair and how long has it taken to come back if you’ve done this in the past.

Same problem. Reverb bought from CRC last November. Returned to CRC (took about 4-5 days with their own free service). Immediately they had it they said it was warranty issue and would send to Fischer. With in a week they gave me the nod that they would replace with a new one that arrived the next day. So about 2 weeks without a seatpost

Sram Tech warranty turnaround is currently 2 working days from receipt of product.

Same problem here, also bought mine from CRC but gave mine to the LBS and they are sending it to Sram as its also under warranty and told me it would take about 10 days due to bank holidays.

Pretty much the exact same as welshfarmer for me.
