Having mine just pop off without any force at all and getting immediately lost I can only but agree that someone in Rockshox is taking the p***. Maybe same engineer who designed the garmin speed-cadence sensor?

It’s a nifty combination of fragile, and expensive for a tiny part. Cynical people might think they did it on purpose 😉 Honest to god, I saw someone say on Bikeradar that they didn’t think it was an issue because Reverbs are so cheap, you might as well just replace the whole thing.
