I finally collected my fs bike from my sisters place today (i haven’t had space to store it till now) and noticed that the fork uppers have a corrsion mark and deep pitting from some sort of chemical reaction. I’ve no idea what has caused it but basically the stanchion is scrap 🙁 absolutly gutted as the forks are basically unused.
Any idea of cost for a new stanchion for a 454 air pike and where from?

Si at loco tuning seems to be very knowledgeable about rock shox forks and would be where I’d be going to ask this question.

If they could be any use I have some 2010 rock shox revelation stations and lowers that I need to sell. Email is in my profile if you want more info.
