just bought 2010 sids, the instuction booklet that came with it is usless, can anyone tell me what the little + – knob on top of the lockout is for, havn't had chance to play with it yet, and don't want to mess them up. Thanks

It's the "floodgate" – basically a blow-off threshold adjuster. Turning it towards – will lower the threshold, meaning that the fork becomes active quite easily when locked out; turning to + means it takes a bigger hit to blow off the lockout and get it moving.
