Anyone had a problem with them not locking out? 2008 model.

Not on my 09’s. They clunk if run between min & max travel, but no issues with the lockout. Its not the cable mechanism is it ? I find emptying all the chambers & re-pressurising can often cure any issues.

Normally happens because not enough oil in uppers on moco side. Do they get full travel if you let the air out and compress them? Fairly common issue for RS forks…my Reba U-Turns just lost lockout due to oil leaking to the lowers.

Fairly straight-forward to fix….I bought the necessary o-rings off Loco and stripped them down and replaced them.

Cheers nuke, there did appear to be a lot of oil in the lower leg and not a lot in the top. Which would be confirmed by a small nic in the o ring. At least it’s not just me that has problems! Never heard of Loco before but I do now!
