I’m on my last stage of my rebuild and am sorting the brakes. I’ve got the original side pull calipers on there but am stripping the drop bars and levers that go with them. As such I’m looking at some Avid FR 5 levers but also need new blocks and frankly I’m puzzled at the choices. I was thinking of two sets of these but what is the difference between canti and threaded?
