The small person is getting the hang of her balance bike. I’ve started looking on ebay for her first bike.

I’m looking for something with an aluminium frame – so I/my wife don’t have to struggle if she has to carry it. V-brakes, none of those stupid American coaster brakes!

The only other bike I can find is an Islabike, but’s that over budget.

Anything else worth looking at?

Got a Saracen Bella that my daughter outgrew a while back – in fact I’ve not long sold her Frog 55 which replaced it….
