The hose at the lever end pinged off whilst riding, but as it did the barb snapped off and is now stuck in the hose. To get by I’ve just pushed the hose back in the black speed adjuster and miraculously it seems to hold and work ok but it’s not a long term solution. Does anyone know if I need to buy a whole new lever service kit or can you just buy the bit with the barb attached? I think I have enough slack to just cut the hose down that has the old barb stuck in it so hopefully shouldn’t need a new hose. Cheers.

You can buy barb separtly, just fit and give the remote system a quick bleed

Yeah I landed my bike upside down on the remote at whinlatter snapping the barb. Luckily cyclewise had one in stock & fixed it in half an hour. Diy job as long as you’ve got a bleed kit.
