My '09 revelation U-turns have developed a problem-on any sort of rocky descent the travel gradually winds down so that, at the bottom I have to wind the adjuster back out to get full travel again. The adjuster knob itself doesn't move unless I turn it (it's not loose). Everything seemed fine until I took the lowers off to check and re-lube the seals/wipers (as per the SRAM video). I didn't touch anything other than the bolts to release the lowers and I even used a torque wrench to tighten them back on!

Any sensible suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Blimey – does no-one have any suggestions? Not even semi-sensible ones?

You can explain how a jet airliner works but not why my forks are doing weird things??? 🙂

ring tftuned tommorow and they will explain why, its due to the travel helix inside the spring

Hmm, Ok, cheers. Sounds a bit odd – I still don't understand why it's suddenly started doing it after a quick clean & lube!

I guess I'll try and speak to TFTuned/email Sram, see if they can shed some light.

Bugger – just spoke to TFTuned – very helpfull they were too 🙂 .

Unfortunately they've never seen this happening to an Air sprung U-turn fork!!

Anyone else had this problem??? Looks like it might be a warranty claim 🙁
