Need to return some forks that are still under warranty. Do I have to go through the dealer that I bought them from or can I go through any other dealer that deals with Fisher?

    Thanks

Has to be the dealer you bought them from as I understand it.

Had this with a set of forks recently. Fisher very helpful, but very clear that contract under Sale of Goods Act ( expect avalanche of corrections if I have name of act wrong ) is with the dealer you bought them from. They in turn then take it up with Fisher.

Indeed ratadog. Making a claim under sale of goods act your contract is with the person you bought them from and its your choice – repair replace or refund. Your choice. If you go for repair then it must be done in a reasonable time – ie they can't keep you hanging around for months

Return under warranty – whatever the manufacturer specifies.
