    Has anyone had any experience returning faulty goods to LightMalls?

    My Solarstorm X2 landed this week and after a single use one of the LEDs has died.

    I imagine it’s going to involve returning to them, but don’t see why I should fork out for post when the light is faulty – it’ll probably cost more than I paid in the first place.

    Anyone else returned something and had to pay post?

    Have you contacted them? They may just send a replacement.
