    Last tiume i got made redundant, it was last in first out, so the fat lazy lick ass kept his job.

    Seems as if every company and council government dept is getting rid of staff, so how do you dedide what jobs are no longer worth doing, and why whjre they worth funding and doing before.

    You set a bunch of criteria – sickness, performance, how far away they live etc.
    And then score the employees against them

    If you want to get rid of anyone in particular, you’d tailor the criterea to suit

    pick the bolshie pain in the arse who always complains, then make up a set of criteria that they co-incidentally happen to match best.
