Off to Spain a week for some guided MTB rides. The tour operator required EHIC (which I’ve got) and also medical insurance, which I’ve never tried before.

Any recommendations on medical insurance for just under a week ?

I would have thought that a travel insurance policy which includes mountain biking would be sufficient – presumably you’ve already got that?

What pyranha said, travel insurance and ensure it covers mountain biking, preferably down hill mtb.

I wasn’t going to bother with travel insurance (never have done before). However, I had a quick look at SportsCover direct, and it seems easier, and not too expensive to bundle all the insurance together.
