    not a big deal but I'm thinking of changing my bars as they a tad narrow, and moving to 31.8mm at the same time.

    Thinking maybe EA70 monkeybar and a FSA FR-220 stem

    Any xmas bargains out there or alternative suggestions?

    Carbon bars worth it?

    Ea70 are superb, i have a Truvativ XR which is 75mm/12degree/31.8.

    I needed the same. A riding buddy has these and I really liked them. Super wide but could be cut down. Ended up with a set of those an a Thomson 4x stem.

    Decided ea70 wasn't wide enough. Had Carbon bars before, never had an issue with them but not paying £100 for a wide carbon bar!
