Hi, I’m looking for a bike jacket with removable sleeves.

I have one myself from GORE which I picked up in the sales years ago and it’s been great, especially in spring and autumn when I can use it as a vest. I’d like to get one for my partner, who commutes every day. Mainly it needs to be windproof (and ideally water resistant). Would also be great if it didn’t cost a whole month’s salary. Any tips? Thanks.
