    Hey kids,

    I’d like to treat myself to a wireless router but don’t know which one to get.

    I have Virgin 2 meg cable pornband.

    I have an HP-G70-120EA laptop.

    I want one where I can plug the coax straight in, so I can do away with the standard Virgin box.

    I want to be able to have a wired ethernet connection when I dont need to be mobile.

    I want it to be always on.

    I want to be able to mount it on the wall.

    I want it to be as fast as possible but dont want to spend extra money on something thats beyond the capabilities of the hardware in the laptop. It has an Atheros AR5007 802.1 1b/g WiFi adapter, what ever that means.

    I don’t think you’ll be able to do away with the cable modem

    anyway – look at the Netgear range
