Looking for a skills course West Yorkshire/Lanacashire border.Can anyone recommend a course they have been on where they felt they had improved a lot and the instuction was of a high quality.

Dales mountainbike centre well worth looking at too. They do groups or one on one training. Two courses are speed and flow jumps and drops.

Ed Oxley's company, Great Rock, helped me realise how bad a rider I was, and helped me understand how to improve.
