I want to get my Prince Albert sprayed (oh err!) and was hoping for some recommendations from team forum.

I want a good quality paint job so happy to pay a bit more. I’m thinking “burnt orange” for the paint job.

Argos Bristol. Faultless service, charged me £110 to prep and spray my Brooklyn.

Slow mine took about a month they where so busy, but the finish was amazing,
I had Italian Yellow with a decal pack from SCruz and then clear coat.

Less fancy than Argos but a lot less pricey…

ABC in Nailsea did my dialled PA and a set of bars for £40 all in. Finish is fine and after a few rides no problems to report.

    1 week turn around.

A spray geek would probably explain how inferior it is to Argos etc but if you want it to look pretty and not spend loads then these guys are an option!

You don’t say where in the country you live.

If in Lancashire, there’s Atlantic Boulevard: http://www.atlantic-boulevard.co.uk/

I’m looking at this too at the minute! Instead of a respray, I’m thinking of a powder coat, and came across this thread…

The guy that does all the jobs runs this website:

    http://www.pwsfinishing.co.uk

(I dont think his email address is working but you can ring him)

I just got off the phone to him, he said he does mtbs, but you have to get it fine blasted somewhere first as he finds it hard to get the paint off.

I havent had it done yet, but he quoted me about £60-70 after it had been prepared.

I just have to find somewhere for it to get it sand blasted first!

    Tom83 had his PA re-sprayed by a Kent-based company…

These guys did mine for me. Quality is really good, one little mark on the frame, like a ripple almost, but it’s tiny! Had to clean out the bottom bracket a little after, as i think their silicone bungs weren’t quite in properly, but that could be sorted by slapping in an old bb next time round. Took about a week turn round, and cost £35 total. HTH

    Nicked off this thread…

I’ve also read about these London-based guys doing a good job…

I probably go with the one I can get to easiest as I’d prefer just to drop off the frame rather than faffing around with posting.
