Hi looking for a docking station for a ipad one that it sits on not a wireless one so has anyone got any honest reviews on them . Thanks.

Docking station for what purpose ? FWIW I have never had one, just a case that doubles up as a stand. Charge it lying down and use WifI streaming or jackplug for playing music

Its for my daughter who wants to play music and charge it. Does one exist where ipad sits on the station?

IMO just buy some external speakers and connect via jackplug. Charge via charger if required but the iPad battery last ages so doesn’t need to be powered up.

The docks I’ve seen which do what you want are designed for phones (eg BOSE and the Zepplin thing).Anyway these days streaming is the way to go, people don’t really buy docking stations anymore I don’t think.

BTW the iPad has a more powerful charger, so if the docking station only has an iPhone level powered one it will take ages to charge the iPad
