Can anyone recommend a stem to fit securley to a 24mm steerer?

My steerer is a total of 192mm & and my headset stack is 23mm on a Marin Wolf Ridge 2004. It doesnt look like you can get a integrated headset onto a marin 🙁

35mm FSA are the shortest I know of, and that’ll be too tall still.

What’re the forks? New CSU? Or sell them and get new forks?

2004 Fox Vanilla forks – 125RL, I think to replace crown/ steerer would be too expensive.

I think bikehut used to do a very low stack height one at a sensible price.

Or a steerer extender – I have used one successfully – it needed a bit of machining to get a really snug fit as I was between two shim sizes

Thanks, not to keen on extending the steerer, but again another option.

I meant it was a Bikehut own brand one, looked a bit like the Diabolus 2 but was out before it. Was about £25 retail.
