So after a recent trip away my rear wheel is now missing a number of spokes and I don’t have much faith in those remaining. How hard can it be to get a hold of the spokes for a 2011 crossmax slr wheel and rebuild it yourself? What tools do I need to to do a good job? Any tips on how to do it? Should I just give up now and find a bike shop/wheel builder to do it instead?

Sell and replace entire wheel. Spokes are expensive, and will all need replacing because the thread on the nipples distorts. The rims are also extortionate. They’re a bit of a swine too IME, unless you’re a decent wheel builder already I’d not get too involved.

You can ask the Mavic service centre, looking at £200+ for a rebuild.

The joys of factory wheels eh?

Um, it cost me £8 for a spoke and a re-tweak for some Ksyrium SLs; I’d ask around..

Apparently a full set of spokes are ~£80 :S

Spokes are easy to get and are 3-3.50 each and rebuilding that wheel is as easy as any other if not easyer.
