Hi I have purchased a frame and the rear shock could be losing air now do I get the x-fusion o2 rcx repaired for £80-£100 or get another nearly new one off ebay a monarch rt3 for £100? Any suggestions most welcome thanks Mark

Get it sorted by someone like TF Tuned / Mojo or Loco – then at least you know its fixed. Another second hand one may still need sorting / servicing.

Depending on the size you need this might be cheaper than a second hand unit & a service

or wait a fortnight and there will be a sale… probably

Try this first, it might just be a bit of dirt under the seal.

+1 do a basic air can service first. I don’t know about that specific shock but most rear shocks are dead easy to do an air can service yourself. New seals and oil may be all that’s needed (certainly was when I had similar on a Fox shock losing air).
