Hi guys & girls,

I've just treated myself to a new Blue Pig frame (£205 delivered from TheBikeChain, which seems lime a bargain to me).

I now need a secondhand Pike 454 and am way too impatient to wait and measure up.

I know, I know.

So how long a steerer do I need? It's a 16" frame and I like to leave plenty of spare steerer poking out just in case I want to change har height.

The advice of the STW massive would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers guys. How many spacers are you running above + below your stems?

I know thus is tedious but it will save me from making an expensive mistake!

I think mine is 195mm and there is one spacer on it, i can check tonight.
