No, not the fluffy one from the cage: it’s a wild one – well, it was…….

Haven’t made one of these for a while so looking forward to it.

Is this something new? Am I expected to put my menus up here for every meal? 😐

I made a mince & onion pie which we had last night with left over veg.

Made some broth too which we had for lunch today but we went out for a meal tonight for Mrs Grunt’s 60th.

I don’t expect anyone to be remotely interested either.

Only one babbit? Need a few fir a decent casserole, or some other game in there too.
Always like the post rabbiting meal once we’ve dressed them, fry up the kidneys with some bacon, mushrooms, wild garlic if we can, onion & chilli & slap it in a big sandwich. Mmmmm.

Best rabbit casserole I’ve ever eaten was at the AQR hotel in Luchon. Lots of cream and dijon mustard.

It’s time to start popping off some of the local bunnies for the pot.
