    I have no idea. I don't see how it can have caused you a loss unless you've hidden something you shouldn't, but then I really don't know anything about it.

    tribal cheif It doesn't have to cause you loss and I doubt it is information that should have been shared. Why not ask the information commissioner? I did when I had issues with data being released that shouldn't have been by a Quango and they were forced to change procedures and apologise, There was no loss to me.
