    If (when) I get my Fatty it will also have to be my popping into town bike. I’ve seen the non fatty fat wheels on On One but they look like QR only so assuming they won’t fit.
    What other options do I have?

    Build your own from any 29er rim and suitable hubs? You could try B+ too.
