    I admit I am a gear freak!
I have a lapierre zesty and dont realy have the cash for major changes too it, so thought what could I do?
Its the base model I have so float 140rs up front and float rear.
So thought do i purchase a rp23 shock – what will it give me?
Or do I get front forks and rear pushed? Again what differences???
The suspension doesnt really give me any grief, but as I said I am a gear feeak!!

Any advice on what route to go down, and what changes I can expect?

    I’d choose that route

When you get the fox fork/shock serviced you could get them pushed then? (as to be pushed they need a service anyway)

what will do push do for them, how will the ride improve?
I hear forks certainly rebound slower but are sensitive to speed so will speed up depending on the speed your going?

It adds that ability to RockShox MotionControl forks but I thought Fox already had a shimmed rebound damper as standard?
