This Sunday Red Rose Classic Motorcycle club will be holding one of thier regular motorcycle trials for classic trials bikes at Lee Quarry. Approx. 50-60 competitors are expected.
The event will start at 10.30am and finish before 2pm. The club has used the venue for many years, long before it was established in its current format.
Although there is no speed element to the competition, they may use some trails to acess sections which will certainly not be on developed trails.
Competitors will have acess to the upper car park so the acess road will have vehicles on it between 09.30 and 10.30, and noon and circa 1400.
the quarry will naturally still be fully open to all other users.
If you fancy a natter or have any questions please ask! there a friendly lot although mostly old and over weight with grey or no hair (should blend in well!)
