    I 'think' tomorrows episode (BBC 1 9.15am, IPlayer later) is the one showing a rescue a few mates and me were involved in a couple of months ago in Wharncliffe after a rider broke his leg.

    There was a mtb rider accident on today's episode, an American chap who broke his wrists and hurt his shoulder. Thinks the helmet saved his life as he landed on his head from a jump.
