They need an inventory, distribution & HSE person.

This position does not currently exist and he agrees in principle to my proposal.

Considering that 10% still brings me well below the “living wage” on a 37.5hr week, it’s a start.

As well as being the new Ops Director he’s the HR Manager for the region as well so i’m at the right table.

I will be required to wear many hats. RIDDOR is my friend.
