i am thinking of going back to pedals and toeclips combo, with proper touring shoes.
i am having loads of comfort issues on the bike, and seem comfiest with flats off road at the present.
so i thought i would try it onroad.

so, mks do good rat trap pedals,but someone used to do one with a grease nipple fitted. anyone know who it was.
also what is a good non spd touring shoe now.
i used to use madison trainer type shoes, no longer available.

Velorution had some nice old style black leather cycling shoes in their window……
