    Try “turn off trackpad whilst typing” in settings?

    Things to try:

    Clean and dry the trackpad.
    Disconnect the power supply – does it stop?

    See if you have tapping mode on your mousepad settings. Then I think you need to adjust the sensitivity. Worked for my to shiva.

    Normally the trackpad, catching it with something as you type. A cheap mouse and turning it off works wonders.

    IME this can be caused by the PSU. Any different unplugged?
