The brakes are new and the rear is vibrating under braking. If I brake hard it works through it and bites well but the vibration comes through the lever and is uncomfortable. It feels like something's loose, so I've nipped up all the bolts and centred the pads. It's still doing it. I know it's a common problem, what's the solution? Thanks.

have a look in the brakes section on mtbr, loads of threads about getting elixirs to run quiet etc, probably needs a bleed, mine have done the same since I shortened the hose and I can't get rid of it

Ive just had the same problem changed pads and rotors and worked great for a while but it came back…

just re bled the brake and changed the fluid (thought id cooked it etc)

Got some hope disc brake rotor cleaner and done that a couple of times and it seems to have worked at least no noise

not as sharp yet but will bed them in again
